WTC has changed its’ hours of operation. The new hours are 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. If you need emergency service before or after those hours you can call 563.732.3000 and follow the prompts to leave a message for the on-call technician.

Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after
Christmas Day
There may be other closures scheduled from time to time and we will post those on our local channel and on a sign on our door

Billing Due Dates
Effective January 1, 2018
We have implemented new rules regarding the due date of your bill. Effective January 1, 2018, WTC is no longer adjusting bill due dates or disconnect dates for weekends or holidays. All bills are due the 20th of each month unless you have made other arrangements with a WTC Customer Service Representative.
Any bills not paid by the end of our normal business hours of 4:30PM on the 20th of each month will be assessed a late fee. You then have until the 25th of the month to submit your late payment. If it is not received in our office by 4:30PM on the 25th your service will be disconnected at the start of business on the 26th of each month.
