Where is WTC located?

Our street address is 810 West Fifth St., Wilton, IA. This is our main address, and also houses our subsidiary, Integrated Technology Partners, LLC. We are on the main street going through Wilton and have a large sign out front to help you locate us!

What are the normal office hours?

WTC/ITP is open from 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. We have done some work either before or after normal working hours, but this is set up by special arrangement. If you need service after hours call us at (563) 732-3000. You can leave a message for next business day service, or if it is an emergency, someone will return your call as soon as possible. We are closed on several holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, and part of the day on Christmas Eve, and all day Christmas Day. We also have closed on other occasions but will post our hours on the website, on our Facebook page, on our local channel and on our front door if they vary from this schedule.

What communities does WTC serve?

We serve the city of Wilton (inside the city limits) with CATV, Landline Telephone and Internet service. We serve the rural areas around Wilton with Landline and Internet, depending on your location. The best way to find out if you are in our service area is to call our office at (563) 732-3000 and our friendly CSRs will let you know if we can reach you or not.

What services does WTC offer?

We offer landline Telephone, digital CATV and high speed Internet service, plus other services like long distance service, video on demand, internet security services, etc. We also offer business services such as Networking, Security, Access Control, Business Telephone Systems and many other communications services through our subsidiary, Integrated Technology Partners. They are located in our same building. You can contact them for more information at 563-732-3535.

How do I sign up for service?

You currently need to come into our office (at 810 W. 5th St.) to sign up, or you can call us (at 563-732-3000) to have us send you an application. Although there is not a deposit for most services, you are required to pay for your first month of service in advance.

When do the monthly bills come out, and when are they due?

Monthly bills are generated at the end of the month and should hit your mailbox, or email account, around the first of the month. If you do not receive your bill by the 10th of the month you should give us a call so we can determine what happened. The bills are always due on the 20th of the month, regardless of when you might receive it. (this is because we send them out at the beginning of the month, and if you haven’t received it, it is generally because of a mailing issue, not an issue that one wasn’t sent) If you have not received your bill you can stop by our office and our friendly CSRs will be happy to print you out a new copy.

What methods of payment are accepted by WTC?

We accept cash and checks, including money orders, personal checks or cashier’s checks. We also have a monthly recurring ACH withdrawal directly from your designated checking account that comes out on the 20th of each month. And just like the City of Wilton, we do not accept debit or credit cards due to the high cost of providing that service.

If you have banking online you can set up your account to make payments through your bank that will be sent to us, or if you have internet service there are other payment options available such as Paypal, Google Wallet, Skrill and Dwolla, just to name a few. Whoever you choose, just be sure to check them out to make sure they are valid companies!
