Use MORE than an hour of long distance per month OR make most of your calls in-state? Our 10¢ per minute in-state/14¢ per minute out of state flat rate rate with a $3.95 monthly fee will probably save you the most money. Each call is billed for 60 seconds and then is billed in 6 second increments.
